AEW wrestler Julia Hart has undergone surgery for her shoulder injury.

The former TBS Champion posted a photo to her Instagram stories on Thursday revealing that she's had surgery done. She also made a post with the words "Recover. Rebuild. Reclaim."

At AEW's Dynasty pay-per-view, Hart lost the TBS Championship to Willow Nightingale. Dave Meltzer reports in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that the title match was kept short due to Hart's injury:

Julia Hart had surgery this past week on her left shoulder so she’ll be out for a while. That came from the 4/10 match with Leyla Hirsch, but she did continue through the PPV match with Willow Nightingale where she dropped her TBS title. The injury is why the match was kept short

PWInsider notes that Hart will likely be out of action until late summer or early fall of this year.

The 22-year-old Hart is a member of House of Black in AEW with Malakai Black, Brody King, and Buddy Matthews. Her reign as TBS Champion lasted from November 2023 until April 2024.
